Having been Certified as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser by the State of Louisiana since 1992 (serving on the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board from 1997 to 2007) and licensed to sell real estate since 1996 (Broker license since 2007), Kirk brings a unique body of knowledge to the real estate transaction. Knowing the issues pertaining to property value and how they’re perceived by buyers/tenants - sellers/landlords, professional sales agents and appraisers, allows for a prompt, accurate and sound decision making mechanism capable of delivering professional guidance and consultation to all parties of a transaction.

While not practicing real estate, Kirk volunteers in many community groups and is currently serving as Treasurer of the Covington Rotary Club and has served on the Board of Managers of the West St. Tammany YMCA and the Vestry of Christ Episcopal Church Covington from 2012 - 2015. Kirk lives in Covington with his wife Elizabeth and their 3 children.

Michael "Mike" D'Amico, a native of New Orleans, graduated from Brother Martin High and attended the University of New Orleans.

After leaving college he became employed with the Federal Government and worked for the Postal Service for twenty-nine years.

Mike's real estate experience before joining Property One Inc. included residential construction and work with a developer on the development of a 40-acre residential site in Covington.

In 1998 Mike joined Property One, Inc. as a Louisiana State licensed Commercial Agent. His specialties are in sales and leasing of office, retail, and commercial properties and sales of acreage for both commercial and residential development. Mike also has a broad knowledge and experience in the sale of service stations and has amassed a strong base of contacts in that area.

Mike has been involved in the sale of land and the leasing of office space in the 102,000 square foot Cypress Bend Office Building in Covington, Louisiana, a multi million dollar project that includes the 52,000 square foot Stone Creek Club and Spa.

In Mike's twenty-seven years of working at Property One he has made contacts in all areas of the commercial/residential real estate business since he started working at Property One. Although based in the Mandeville/Covington region he has completed transactions in Metairie, Slidell, Hammond and Baton Rouge.

Mike has completed all four courses for CCIM candidacy.

Mike holds a Broker Associate license in Louisiana.

While working with many local clients and developers Mike has also worked with Copeland Enterprise, Diversified Foods, LLOG, Woodside Energy, Laporte Family Trust, Leisure Recreation & Entertainment Inc., LLC , Cleco, AEI Fund Management and Cash America, HealthCap, American Health Care, Northstar, Colony Capital and Enterprise.
