Andrew grew up in New Haven, Connecticut. After high school, he attended Louisiana State University and earned a degree in Business Management. While in school, he was a member of the LSU Student Real Estate Association.
In 2017, Andrew began working at NAI Latter & Blum. He went through Latter & Blum's comprehensive internship program and became an agent in 2018. He now works with the Multi-Family and Office Divisions.

Jeff joined NAI Latter & Blum in June of 2020. He graduated from Florida State University where he obtained a BS degree in Economics, a BS degree in Social Science and a minor in Urban and Regional Planning. Jeff began his commercial real estate career in Huntsville, Alabama as an advisor and then later as a partner with Graham & Company. He holds several professional designations to include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED AP), which is supported by the United States Green Building Council. Jeff served on the Alabama CCIM state board for five years, chapter Treasurer, VP, President, and then Regional Director South for SIOR and currently serves as a member of the Technology and Investment Member Groups. Jeff is a member of the Knights of Columbus and Leadership St. Tammany Alumni. Jeff has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate(CRE), including capital markets, development, management, leasing, marketing, and sales. A graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Landreneau has been an active player in matters affecting commercial real estate in Louisiana for 10 years. He is presently Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing for NAI LATTER & BLUM in Baton Rouge and Lafayette Louisiana. He is Past President of Commercial Investment Division (CID) of East Baton Rouge Parish, 2007 President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter, 07 Region IV first Vice-president, 06 graduate of the Jay Levine Leadership Academy where he was awarded the Susan B Groeneveld award, 09 Presidential Liaison and will begin a three year term on CCIM's National Board of Directors next year. Landreneau was also the 2006 Chair of the Commercial Business & Industry Team for the Louisiana Realtors Association.

He joined NAI/Latter & Blum in their commercial real estate brokerage business after 38 years in commercial banking, trust management and investment brokerage. His practice includes commercial real estate property acquisition, disposition, leasing and specialized real estate consulting services to financial institutions.
In his last banking industry assignment as Chief Retail Banking Officer, he was responsible for the consumer banking line of business from 2002 until December 2014 for Hancock Whitney Bank, then a $20 Billion in assets commercial banking enterprise. The company's consumer banking group comprised a five-state network of 300 branches at its peak, the Mortgage Department, Indirect Lending Department, and Harrison Finance Company, a 33-branch consumer finance company subsidiary.
