I'm Reed Wiley, CCIM, Associate Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing, an Associate Broker, and a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with NAI Rampart. I work with clients on sales and leasing assignments throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, while NAI Rampart's affiliation with NAI Global gives me the ability to take on assignments well beyond the region.

In February 2024, I was named Associate Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing at NAI Rampart. In that role, I help provide day-to-day operational support, guidance, and mentorship to the next generation of NAI Rampart commercial agents across the state. My goal is not only to help solve the deal in front of us, but also to strengthen the people, processes, and decision-making that will shape the firm's growth for years to come.

I'm a generalist by design. In a market like New Orleans, a single French Quarter building can have condos upstairs and a restaurant below, so I've learned to work across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and investment properties rather than limit myself to one asset class. I earned my CCIM designation to deepen the financial analysis and modeling behind those decisions, and I was named Best Commercial Real Estate Agent in New Orleans in the CityBusiness Reader Rankings three consecutive years, from 2021 through 2023.

The way I work comes down to preparation, clear communication, and problem-solving—giving clients the facts they need to make informed decisions. I’d rather be a trusted advisor than just another transaction. Every deal ends, but good relationships last. If you've got a deal that needs solving, I'd like to hear about it...
