Ben W. Walker, III, CCIM, is Co-Owner and Sponsoring Broker of Walker-Alley & Associates, LLC, which he founded in 2003 with Raymond S. Alley, SIOR. Walker provides strategic oversight to the company’s team of professionals to develop comprehensive solutions to both investor and occupier clients. He has extensive brokerage experience in all sectors of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, land, investment, and development. He is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas.
After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Walker began his real estate career in 1977. He gained his foundation in commercial real estate working for the C. W. Lane Company, a regional investment firm. In 1990 he founded Walker Realty Management, Inc.
Walker has been actively involved in business and community organizations. He holds the CCIM designation from the National Association of REALTORS, which is awarded upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a high level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Walker served as the 2019 Louisiana CCIM Chapter President. He received the REALTOR of the Year Award in 2020 from the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS. Walker is an active member and past board member of The Committee of 100 Shreveport-Bossier. He was past president and board member of Shreveport Downtown Development Authority, Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS and Shreveport Building Owners & Managers Association.

Chris returned home to Shreveport in 2016 after more than twenty years working in corporate real estate, corporate law and state and municipal lobbying in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas for the outdoor advertising industry. Chris has worked exclusively as a Commercial Realtor since receiving his Louisiana Real Estate License in 2017. He has successfully represented tenants and buyers as well as property owners and investors. In 2025, Chris successfully represented the Sellers of the former Libbey Glass Plant and Dr. Reddy Pharmaceutical Plants. He is an expert in site selection successfully identifying and working to finalize the purchase of undeveloped land for medical clinics, truck stops, car washes among others. Chris is a graduate of Caddo Magnet High School, LSUS and Mississippi College School of Law. He is currently President of the NWLAR's Commercial Investment Division Board

Raymond S. Alley, SIOR has been in the commercial real estate business since 1983 and has represented clients in numerous markets across the southeast in both office and industrial real estate. Alley's primary emphasis in the Shreveport Bossier City market is industrial real estate sales and leasing. Alley was admitted to the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 1993 as an Active Industrial Member.
Alley and partner Ben W. Walker formed Walker Alley & Associates, LLC in 2003.
In September 2001 Alley was accepted as an expert in real estate matters in Caddo District Court and was published annually for over ten years in the SIOR Comparative Statistics Annual Report.
Alley has also testified before House and Senate sub-committees in the Louisiana Legislature and has lobbied the U.S. Congress on behalf of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) on matters pertaining to real estate taxation.
Throughout his career, Raymond Alley has been actively involved in the Shreveport-Bossier community. Appointed by Mayors Keith Hightower and Cedric Glover, he served as a member of the Shreveport Airport Authority from 2000-2011 and was Chairman of the Authority twice. Other activities include the Eighth Air Force Commander's Consultation Committee, the Shreveport Bossier Military Affairs Council, and The Tarshar Society. Alley also serves as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy Reserve and has held billets in numerous Navy Expeditionary Combat Units in the continental United States, Europe, Southwest Asia and North Africa. Alley was deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in 2006 as part of the First Marine Expeditionary Force Forward (I MEF FWD) and the NINTH Naval Construction Regiment (9NCR).
