Mr. Schroder joined Mauti Meredith Scoggin Properties in 2010 with an extensive background in real estate development, construction and management. Because of his experience in all aspects of the real estate business, he is in a unique position. Having developed both commercial and residential real estate and represented himself as a buyer and a seller, he has an insight into what the client is experiencing. John became a partner in 2017 when the company reformed to Mauti Schroder Scoggin Real Estate.

He is a graduate of East Jefferson HS, Southeastern and a US Army Veteran. John currently served in the La House of Representatives till 2017 and was elected to La State Treasurer in the fall of 2017. He resides in Covington with Ellie Daigle Schroder, wife of 32 years, and their grown children Brittany and John Michael.

John's knowledge of the North & South Shore region is extensive. His contacts throughout the business and nonprofit communities on both sides of the lake make his sphere of influence a huge benefit to the client. No project is too small or large! Mr. Giacone joined KPG Real Estate in 2023 with an extensive background in commercial sales and leasing. His primary responsibilities are marketing, sales and leasing of commercial, investment and vacant land in Washington, St Tammany, Tangipahoa Parishes and the South Shore. In addition to a client base of investors, Mike has worked with residential and commercial developers involving office buildings, neighborhood shopping centers and multifamily complexes.

Mr. Giacone currently serves as a full-time Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive. In this role, Mike has worked with national companies such as O'Reilly Auto Parts, Aarons, Cracker Barrel C Stores, Premier Pools & Spas and Miracle Ear in search of locations through markets in Louisiana.

Mike is currently a member of the Northshore Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), the New Orleans Metropolitan association of Realtors commercial Investment Division (NOMAR-CID), and the Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB).
