Michael W Giacone

Mr. Giacone joined KPG Real Estate in 2023 with an extensive background in commercial sales and leasing. His primary responsibilities are marketing, sales and leasing of commercial, investment and vacant land in Washington, St Tammany, Tangipahoa Parishes and the South Shore. In addition to a client base of investors, Mike has worked with residential and commercial developers involving office buildings, neighborhood shopping centers and multifamily complexes.

Mr. Giacone currently serves as a full-time Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive. In this role, Mike has worked with national companies such as O'Reilly Auto Parts, Aarons, Cracker Barrel C Stores, Premier Pools & Spas and Miracle Ear in search of locations through markets in Louisiana.

Mike is currently a member of the Northshore Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), the New Orleans Metropolitan association of Realtors commercial Investment Division (NOMAR-CID), and the Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB).
