Senior Vice President
Chris Abadie partners with clients to achieve their Commercial Real Estate goals in all asset classes. He has successfully brokered retail tenant and landlord transactions, investment sales, office leases, and industrial leases and sales.
Chris leads Colliers' business expansion efforts across the state of Louisiana. He will leverage his extensive leadership history within the business community and deep local connections to drive growth efforts in New Orleans and other key markets across the state.
Prior to Colliers, Chris held an extensive 23-year career serving clients as a leading expert in the Gulf Coast area. For almost 13 years, he served as the Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Brokerage Division of Stirling Properties covering the Gulf South states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. He spent his first 10 years at Stirling brokering retail, office, and industrial sales and leases with a heavy emphasis in the retail sector. He has represented national brands such as Walgreens, Verizon, and CVS as well as smaller yet recognizable brands such as H&R Block, Smoothie King, Citi Trends, and Shoe Department. His extensive experience spans from developer site selection, acquisitions, leasing varying sized shopping centers, complex dispositions, and repositions.
Mr. Abadie is a graduate of Nicholls State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

David Keller serves as a Senior Associate at Colliers providing clients with expert real estate advisory services across the Gulf South region. His expertise spans the sales and leasing of multiple property types across Louisiana and Mississippi, with a focus on industrial and retail product types.
Prior to joining Colliers, David began his real estate career at Stirling Properties where he worked with a large roster of national brands and operators such as Murphy USA, the United States Postal Service, Verizon, Xponential Fitness, NAPA Auto Parts, Family Dollar, DaVita Dialysis, Popeyes, and Taco Bell, to name a few.

Patrick is an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in industrial sales and leasing. He specializes in site selection, land development and leasing, and all aspects of multi-modal industrial real estate transactions, offering strategic advice and brokerage services to corporate, government, and institutional clients. As a former client of brokerage and consulting services himself, Patrick brings a client-focused approach to his real estate brokerage and consulting assignments.
Patrick is well-equipped to manage complex and high-value asset transactions, having handled dozens of long-term leases as the industrial asset manager for a large public-port authority on the Gulf Coast. This experience honed his skills in deal-making, financial modeling, and multi-modal terminal operations, which he now utilizes to add value to his clients. Prior to this, Patrick served as the Director of Interns at the largest commercial real estate brokerage in Louisiana, developing and managing the research and marketing processes for the multi-market firm.

Patrick holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.
Community Involvement:
Patrick helps grow the next generation of real estate professionals as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tulane University in New Orleans, teaching real estate finance courses in Tulane's Masters of Sustainable Real Estate (MSRED) program. Patrick has also played a key role for several years in the University of New Orleans' Dr. Ivan Miestchovich Economic Outlook & Real Estate Forecast Seminar, recruiting and coordinating speakers to bring this important event to the New Orleans community.
