Since working at BBCRE, Edmonds has prepared cost analysis and break downs for clients as to whether to sell, lease, or buy. He has also generated NOI's for shopping centers for an income approach as to the sales price of the building.
Most importantly, Edmonds excels at working directly with clients to establish requirements and locate properties and has built and maintained relationships within the commercial brokerage community through local networking events.

Marshall received his Louisiana Real Estate license shortly before graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 1991.
In 1993 Marshall joined Sealy & Company, Inc. in Shreveport, LA where he honed his skills in the industrial and office market and was active in the sale, leasing, and build-to-suit development of industrial, manufacturing, and distribution center properties.
In 1999 one of Marshall's primary real estate clients, AFS Logistics, LLC, recruited and hired him for work in the transportation industry. Throughout his 11.5 years in the 3PL / transportation industry, Marshall worked closely with asset-based transportation providers and has great working knowledge of multiple modes of transportation including full truckload, LTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Rail, and International Ocean and Air Freight. This background in the transportation industry provides clients with an agent who can utilize this knowledge to benefit clients that have great transportation service needs and expenditures.
Rice joined Louisiana Economic Development, more specifically the Business Expansion and Retention Group in 2017 where he was responsible for calling on the ownership and c-suite executives of Louisiana's largest employers. Responsible for 20 parishes, Rice identified and delivered opportunities for businesses to retain, expand, and grow jobs in Louisiana. Rice worked with LED staff to develop proposals for companies to utilize available statutory incentive programs to enable Louisiana to successfully compete for attractive economic development projects. Rice's hands-on working knowledge of available incentive programs has benefited numerous companies that he has worked with.
During the time with LED, Rice completed numerous Economic Development courses offered by IEDC and LIDEA, and he is currently enrolled in the Economic Development Institute at Oklahoma University working to earn the Certified Economic Developer "CEcD" designation.
