In compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East Board is offering for sale the property located at 203 Plauche Court, New Orleans, Louisiana 70123.The property consists of a two-story, approximately 5,805-square-foot office building shell situated on a rectangular parcel containing approximately 12,406 square feet, or 0.28 acres. The site features approximately 100 feet of frontage along the northeast side of Plauche Court, with depths of approximately 123.93 feet and 124.18 feet. The property is zoned I-L Light Industrial, allowing flexibility for a variety of potential office, service, and light industrial uses, subject to applicable zoning and permitting requirements.Originally constructed in 1977, the building is of concrete-block construction with brick veneer and stucco exterior finishes and a pitched metal roof.
