The property will be sold at a public auction in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale (https://opsbauction.com/). The auction shall be conducted at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the OPSB Headquarters, 2401 Westbend Parkway, New Orleans, Louisiana 70114. OPSB reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time.

The Orleans Parish School Board cannot impose a minimum bid amount at a third auction offering. It may, however, reject insufficient offers and is not required to accept the highest bid at the third offering. The method of sale does not limit the school board’s discretion at the third offering, and it may choose to withdraw the property and not offer it a third time. The winning bidder must close on or before sixty (60) days from the auction date.
