Badeaux Hall is a two-story, 7,298 SF, historic, stucco and frame building fronting Avenue A, and is adjacent to Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church. It was built originally in 1929 as a Convent, with an addition in 1952. It closed as a Convent in 1970, named Badeaux Hall in 1981, and is currently used as the Parish Life Center (multi-purpose building). The proposed Lot 6-A measures 5,501 SF, fronts Fourth Street, and is subject to re-subdivision from the larger church campus along with City of Westwego approval.
