Sal Crifasi is the Managing Partner and Broker of Capstone Investment Partners and currently has over 600,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial real estate assets under management. Within Sal's first year in commercial real estate brokerage, he was directly responsible for leasing over 50,000 square feet of professional office and retail space. Sal continues to secure long term leases with credit-worthy companies for the building owners that he represents. Sal uses a market-focused approach to create unique opportunities within the properties he is responsible for and can offer guidance and oversight during acquisitions, dispositions, Landlord/Tenant lease negotiations, and property management services. Sal holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana and has served on the Board of Directors for the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA). Sal is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Beth has extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, development, and investments. Her knowledge and expertise range from vacant land to single-tenant and high-rise office buildings.
