Peter D. Baltz is a 1987 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He spent 12 years covering the ArkLaTex as an account manager for GE Industrial Systems. More recently Peter worked as a Stock Broker for Edward Jones and General Manager of a Kawasaki and Suzuki motorcycle dealership.

Currently Peter is working at Atkins Real Estate Services selling and leasing commercial properties specializing in Industrial Properties with including build to suite and investor opportunities.

Gordon "Trey" Bargas was born and raised in Baton Rouge. He has been married to Valerie Bargas, a local attorney, for 20 years. They have three children and are parishioners of Our Lady of Mercy.

He and his family have been involved in the management of commercial real estate for over 30 years. Mr. Bargas obtained his real estate license in 2015.

Mr. Bargas has extensive ties to the community and land developers. He consults customers and clients as a real estate professional with a solid willingness to work.

After 15 years in the real estate industry, owner Branden Barker, established Barker Property Management & Commercial Real Estate in 2017. Branden boasts a versatile background in the industry, having been involved in the management, selling and leasing of commercial property. Currently, Branden is the only person in the State of Louisiana to have earned the three prestigious designations of Certified Property Manager, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and Certified Shopping Center Manager.

The Pointe Coupee Parish native got his start in the real estate industry as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent/Associate Broker with Latter & Blum Property Management, Inc. Prior to Branden establishing his own firm, his most recent stint was serving as the General Manager/Broker of Record of Perkins Rowe in Baton Rouge, LA, where he oversaw managing an $18 million budget and a team of 10 direct reports and 50 indirect third-party employees, including security, housekeeping, and apartment managers. He also focused his efforts on increasing the visibility of the 847,000 square foot Baton Rouge development by creating a community involvement program that included partnerships with the Junior League of Baton Rouge, ALS, American Heart Association, St. Vincent DePaul, and others.

In addition to Branden's professional success, he sits on the National Executive Committee of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an international association of property managers. He is a past President of the Louisiana IREM Chapter and Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors. Within his community, he is a current board member of the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, Kids' Orchestra and the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on STAR's (Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response) Regional Council. In 2017 he was honored by the Baton Rouge Business Report as a Top 40 Under 40 recipient and one of STAR's Hunks in Heels.

Branden lives in Baton Rouge with his wife of 14 years, Tracy, and their two children, Logan and Julia.
