
Lance Ginn is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over a decade of experience advising clients in the industrial, office, and land sectors. As a Principal with Lee & Associates in New Orleans, Lance combines strategic insight, deep market knowledge, and a relationship-driven approach to help clients succeed in every transaction.
A Monroe, Louisiana native, Lance attended Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the E.J. Ourso College of Business in 2014. He then began his commercial real estate career in Baton Rouge and quickly established himself as a top performer.
Since moving to New Orleans in 2020, Lance has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator. He has earned the Gold Level Achievement Award from NOMAR CID four years in a row (2021-2024). Licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi, his practice spans landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, as well as strategic acquisitions and dispositions. His primary focus is on industrial and office properties throughout Southeast Louisiana. Lance is recognized for his attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to bring deals across the finish line.

Beyond his leadership roles, Lance mentors younger brokers, sharing lessons of humility, teamwork, and persistence that have guided his own career.
Outside of the office, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife Allison Claire and daughter Vivienne. In his free time, he can be found travelling, hunting, fishing, and indulging in New Orleans’ incredible food and vibrant music scene. You can always find him at JazzFest or hanging out on the neutral ground during Mardi Gras, soaking up the city’s energy.
