Andrew understands the fundamentals of commercial real estate and uses his knowledge to deliver invaluable information to his clients across the Gulf Coast. He prides himself on keeping his clients aware of what is happening in the office and industrial markets by measuring and evaluating data on a regular basis. Andrew works to meet the needs of contractors, vendors and suppliers in response to the heavy industrial expansion that Southwest Louisiana continues to experience. In addition to providing general brokerage services and his transactional work, Andrew is often engaged for advisory services including asset valuations, near term opportunities, long term strategies, litigation support services, insurance claims, etc.
