Andrew works to meet the needs of contractors, vendors and suppliers in response to the heavy industrial expansion that Southwest Louisiana continues to experience. In addition to providing general brokerage services and his transactional work, Andrew is often engaged for advisory services including asset valuations, near term opportunities, long term strategies, litigation support services, insurance claims, etc.

Born and raised in Lake Charles. Actively involved in both tenant and landlord representation and working for buyers and sellers. Joel's affiliation with the CCIM network has enabled him to close numerous transactions throughout Southwest Louisiana. He became a CCIM Designee in Oct 2017. It has proven to be an invaluable resource for referrals. Joel is very active in the community including Temple Sinai, Historic Preservation, CARC and industrial CAP's.
