Born and raised in Lake Charles. Actively involved in both tenant and landlord representation and working for buyers and sellers. Joel's affiliation with the CCIM network has enabled him to close numerous transactions throughout Southwest Louisiana. He became a CCIM Designee in Oct 2017.
