Aimee Grant

Aimee E. Grant began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1998 with Dowling Gosslee & Associates which later franchised into Coldwell Banker Commercial Dowling Beauvais and Associates, Inc. During this time, Aimee has represented countless clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Aimee's representation has included national, international, and local clients. Aimee specializes in commercial brokerage, leasing, site selection, tenant representation, landlord representation, property valuation, and development of commercial real estate. Aimee joined ReALTA Real Estate Services in 2016 as Director of Commercial Leasing and Brokerage.

Aimee has held the positions of Secretary-Treasurer, President-Elect, past Chair of the Real Estate Trends Conference, and President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors. Aimee has also served on the Board of Managers for the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB.com) which is the statewide information exchange for commercial real estate listings. Aimee specializes in all aspects of commercial brokerage, leasing, and development.
