John M Schroder

Mr. Schroder joined Mauti Meredith Scoggin Properties in 2010 with an extensive background in real estate development, construction and management. Because of his experience in all aspects of the real estate business, he is in a unique position. Having developed both commercial and residential real estate and represented himself as a buyer and a seller, he has an insight into what the client is experiencing. John became a partner in 2017 when the company reformed to Mauti Schroder Scoggin Real Estate.

He is a graduate of East Jefferson HS, Southeastern and a US Army Veteran. John currently served in the La House of Representatives till 2017 and was elected to La State Treasurer in the fall of 2017. He resides in Covington with Ellie Daigle Schroder, wife of 32 years, and their grown children Brittany and John Michael.

John's knowledge of the North & South Shore region is extensive. His contacts throughout the business and nonprofit communities on both sides of the lake make his sphere of influence a huge benefit to the client. No project is too small or large!
