Single Suites

Several units available please see attachment for layout. The suites all have lockable doors with access to the hallway/exit as well as the bathroom. Each suite has hot and cold water with a drain. The building has a code access system that renters can open the front door remotely.

Currently, we have 10 inside units available at 675/month or $160/week. This includes all utilities, access to parking, etc.

We have one front unit (unit 11) available which is a little larger with big windows for $975/month or $230/week.

We also have 2 inside units with a column (units 13 & 8) (that doesn't hamper using the space very much) for $400/month or $100/week.
