Tract C: +/- 813 acres of hunting land with approximately 7800 feet of frontage on the Bogue Chitto River just minutes from Covington, LA. Access trails are maintained by the hunting club. +/- 733 acres are located in St Tammany Parish and the remaining +/ 79.5 acres in Washington Parish. It has been estimated that approximately 400- 500 acres to the north of the utility ROW is prone to flooding. Wetlands are estimated to be significant. The only access is through the utility ROW from the House Creek Road gate, across Tract D.
