Alex Knight is a dedicated commercial real estate professional with more than 18 years of

Alex received both his Bachelor of Science degree and his MBA from Louisiana State
University. He is a Baton Rouge native and in his free time enjoys golf, LSU sports, and
traveling with his wife and three children.

Donnie Jarreau, a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, attended Southeastern Louisiana University, where he played football for three years, and later completed his education at Louisiana State University.
Donnie began his real estate career in 1989 with Latter & Blum and went on to found Donnie Jarreau Real Estate in 1997. Since then, he has developed and acquired over 2 million square feet of commercial retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties. His notable projects include acquisitions and major renovations for: Southdown’s Shopping Center, Walmart on Highland Road, Perkins Road Hardware, Perkins Palms, The Settlement, Perkins South and East Bank Shopping Center.
In addition, Donnie has completed 50+ build-to-suit projects for clients such as: O’Reilly Auto Parts, Sonic Drive-In, Dollar Tree, Investor Bank, Salvation Army, Brock Industries, Southern Classic Chicken, Smoothie King, McAlister’s Deli, Family Dollar, MGX, Manitowoc, Jimmy John’s, CC’s Coffee House, Sky Zone, Dow Credit Union and AT&T.
In 2010, Donnie began syndicating equity for retail shopping centers and other real estate investment properties through existing partners and local investors. After a successful 10-year run, Donnie partnered with Trey Williams in 2020 to form JRE Capital, raising nearly $50 million in equity from primarily local existing partners and accredited investors and surpassing more than $150 million in real estate acquisitions to date. As a partner of JRE Companies, Donnie oversees company operations, identifies potential acquisitions and works to expand its client base.
Donnie’s entrepreneurial reach also extends into the fitness and wellness industry. He founded Spectrum Fitness Club in 1992, growing it to eight locations before selling in 2012. In 2019, he co-founded Regymen Fitness, which developed into a 20-unit franchise chain before selling to GoodLife Fitness, the largest fitness club operator in North America. In 2022, Donnie co-founded The Covery, a franchise brand specializing in medical and wellness services which now includes 15 franchise locations nationwide.
His commitment to community service is equally extensive. Donnie founded the EP Sports Foundation to provide underprivileged students with athletic gear and has served on the boards of several organizations, including Option Housing, Red Cross Baton Rouge Growth Coalition and the Rain Will Bring Flowers organization. He has also volunteered with Kids Hope and coached middle school football at St. Alphonsus Catholic School.
An active member of St. George Catholic Church, Donnie participates in ACTS and Manresa retreats. He is married to Barbara Parsons Jarreau, and together they have five children who attended Dunham High School, St. Joseph’s Academy, Louisiana State University and University of South Carolina.
In his free time, Donnie enjoys daily fitness, golf, traveling and playing in the world-famous Phil’s poker game. His faith in God continues to guide him, ever expanding his love for family, friends, business partners and the Baton Rouge community.

Hank Henry is an Associate for the Brokerage division at JRE, where he supports buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across all commercial asset types. A Baton Rouge native, Hank brings lifelong local knowledge and a deep understanding of Louisiana’s commercial real estate landscape.
He began his career as a summer intern at JRE before transitioning into a full-time role. Today, Hank leverages hands-on experience, market insight and a strong network to guide clients through every stage of the transaction. He is known for his thoughtful approach, responsiveness and commitment to long-term client success.
Hank holds a degree from Louisiana State University and remains actively involved in the Baton Rouge community. Outside the office, he enjoys LSU sports, playing golf and building relationships across the region.

Jacob McCain serves as Associate Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management within JRE’s Capital division. He helps lead the sourcing, underwriting and execution of new investments while overseeing the performance of assets across the portfolio.
Jacob’s responsibilities span the full investment lifecycle, from initial evaluation and financial modeling to leasing strategy and long-term asset management. Since joining JRE, he has helped acquire and manage over $200 million in commercial real estate assets.
A graduate of LSU’s College of Engineering, Jacob previously worked in investment sales and leasing at a regional brokerage firm. He is a member of ICSC and serves on the Young Leadership Council for Baton Rouge’s Growth Coalition. He currently lives in New Orleans with his wife and enjoys golf, LSU athletics and staying involved in local business and development communities.

Mark Segalla is Associate Director of Brokerage at JRE, where he focuses on investment sales and multifamily transactions across the Gulf South. With over $100 million in closed transaction volume in recent years, Mark brings strong market knowledge, valuation expertise and a data-driven approach to every deal.
He works with a wide range of clients including private investors, institutional owners, and lenders. He helps to identify opportunities, structure transactions and build long-term real estate portfolios. Known for his responsiveness, transparency and commitment to execution, Mark prides himself on earning trust and delivering results.
Mark has been the lead speaker for the multifamily division at the GBRAR Baton Rouge Trends Conference for the last 2 years. Through extensive market research for this speech, he has compiled rental, sale, and new development multifamily data over the past few years which greatly assist in his everyday work with his clients.
Mark is a Baton Rouge native and graduate of Louisiana State University. He is an active member on the A.C. Lewis YMCA Board of directors. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Shelby, and enjoys golf, LSU sports, and traveling.

Trey Williams was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration, then earned his MBA from LSU with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser with Cook, Moore & Associates before spending the next 15 years as a commercial agent with NAI/Latter & Blum.
In 2020, Trey partnered with Donnie Jarreau to form JRE Capital, raising nearly $50 million in equity from primarily local investors—fueling more than $150 million in real estate acquisitions to date. As Managing Partner of JRE Companies, he oversees its various entities, focusing on operational efficiency and delivering outstanding results to partners.
Trey’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond real estate. In 2012, he co-founded the City Pork Restaurant Group (later sold to investors) and Southfin Southern Poké, where he remains an owner. This hands-on restaurant experience gave him a unique perspective—understanding real estate not only as a broker and investor, but also as a tenant.
He has earned the CCIM designation, and was named to Business Report’s “40 Under 40” in 2016. Trey has served on the boards of numerous nonprofits, including Hope Ministries, Baton Rouge Green, Manners of the Heart, and the Young Leaders Council of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry. He has also been involved with Heritage Ranch, Coastal Conservation Association, Delta Waterfowl, and Young Life, and is an active member of South Baton Rouge Presbyterian Church. He is also a 2016 graduate of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber Leadership Program and a 2017 graduate of CABL’s Leadership Louisiana, where he met many new friends and even some of JRE’s current investors!
Trey and his wife, Katie, have four young children and collectively enjoy traveling and tennis. When he’s not over-analyzing JRE’s next investment project, Trey can be found hunting, fishing, making wine & spirits, cooking, maintaining his saltwater reef aquarium, or playing tennis with his kids! Above all, Trey is an entrepreneur with a passion for his family, his community, and his faith.

Will joins JRE as the Director of Brokerage. He specializes in advising retail landlords, tenants, and developers. Since entering the brokerage industry in 2019, he has transacted over 2,200,000 square feet and $100+ million in total volume. Will represents several high-profile retail developments in Louisiana and advises numerous notable tenants on statewide expansion. His deep market knowledge and proven strategies enable clients to close transactions successfully in any environment.
Will’s favorite part of the job is introducing new retailers and restaurants for the people of Louisiana to enjoy. His dedication to improving the community—both through his work and charitable efforts—earned him recognition as one of Baton Rouge’s 40 Under 40 in 2023.
A Louisiana native, Will was raised in Shreveport before moving to Baton Rouge to attend Louisiana State University, where he graduated from the LSU Flores MBA Program. After graduation, he worked in Houston with Chevron USA, negotiating oil and gas leases in the Permian Basin to expand Chevron’s acreage portfolio. He later returned to Baton Rouge to join a growing urgent care operator, where he led real estate site selection and conducted market analysis nationwide to identify growth opportunities for the company’s 15+ partnerships.
Will is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the retail real estate industry’s largest network, and regularly attends educational and networking events across the country to stay ahead of market trends. He and his wife, Taylor, are the proud parents of Bella, Chip, and Heidi. They are parishioners at St. George Catholic Church, enjoy weekend trips to the Gulf Coast, and attending LSU sporting events.
