Former Bayou Outdoors

The main building, constructed circa 1980, underwent significant renovations approximately 20 years ago. Covering an expansive area of 23,650 square feet, the main building comprises 6,200 square feet of store area and 29,850 square feet when considering both store and warehouse areas. Additionally, a covered dock spanning 5,250 square feet and an unfinished attic measuring 400 square feet contribute to the overall functionality of the space.

Examining the construction details, the foundation consists of a reinforced concrete slab, while metal beams and studs form the framing. Exterior walls feature metal panel walls and roof, with a brick veneer on the northern elevation. The roof is constructed with insulated metal panels and a six-foot mansard. The building stands at an eave height of 16 feet, with a center height of 20 feet.

Doors and windows are strategically placed for accessibility and natural light. Metal frame plate glass entries adorn the northern elevation, while metal hollow-core doors are present on the east and south elevations. The interior is finished with painted gypsum board and wood in office areas, along with insulated and non-insulated metal in the warehouse. Flooring types vary, with vinyl, carpet, and sealed concrete in the warehouse.
