Since 2003, I help clients with commercial and residential properties, land acquisitions and development, wetlands mitigation, industrial, and specializes in Ascension, E Baton Rouge, Livingston, Pointe Coupee and Tangipahoa Parishes.

I provide a number of useful services including property assessment, income analysis, market evaluations, residential development sales and works with reputable local architects, engineers, developers, builders, environmental engineers, financing, construction, renovation and has knowledge of wetlands mitigation and permitting.

Ed joined Logan Babin Real Estate in 2016 as a Louisiana Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors Association, and the Bayou Board of Realtors.

After graduating from H.L. Bourgeois High School in Terrebonne Parish, Ed played college soccer at Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina.  He holds a BS in Athletic Training from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA.  He is currently the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Vandebilt Catholic High School.

Rankin Bihm has been a dedicated Advisor at Stirling since 2019, specializing in retail leasing and sales across all South and Central Louisiana markets. With a proven track record, Rankin has successfully closed numerous retail deals, including transactions above 50,000 square feet.

Active in the real estate community, he is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance and ICSC, staying abreast of industry trends. Prior to joining Stirling, Rankin excelled as a Multimedia Consultant, bringing a valuable skill set in market analysis to his current role.

Rankin holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Residing in Acadia Parish with his wife Shannon, Rankin enjoys the outdoors, the warmth of home by lighting fires and exploring his passion for cooking.
