Kyle Stephenson serves as President of Stephenson Commercial Real Estate, L.L.C, providing brokerage services throughout the metro New Orleans area. Kyle has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Early in his career, Kyle represented class "A" office landlords but since 2011 he has specialized in exclusively representing office tenants.

Kyle's experience as a landlord office representative offers a unique perspective for understanding current office conditions and tenants' needs, as well as a distinct outlook on deal evaluation. Prior to 2011, he served 7 years as Marketing Director at Transwestern where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of three class "A" properties totaling 1.6 million square feet in the New Orleans CBD.

Kyle also spent 7 years as Leasing Representative at Equity Office where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of approximately 2.5 million square feet of Class "A" office properties in Metairie and the New Orleans CBD.

I have been a Realtor since 2002 and an Associate Broker since 2015 for Coldwell Banker Gosslee. I have served on being levels as President for Benton Rotary Club and Womens Council of Realtors as well as many positions of our local Northwest Louisiana Board of Realtors. I love the real estate industry and love serving our community .

I have led The Stevens Realty Group since 1994. I am both a past President of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and its 2013 recipient of its Service to the Industry Award. I also served three terms as a Commercial Director for the Louisiana Realtors Association. I remain active with CID by working on the annual Real Estate and Economic Symposium. I am NOMAR's current representative on the Jefferson Economic Development Commission and have served on their Finance and Executive Committees.  I am also a  proud member of the Rotary Club of Metairie and responsible for weekly speakers.

I have personally invested in commercial real estate  and lead the redevelopment of commercial properties.  I understand the process and enjoy advising owners  on their real estate needs.
