Mike Stinson, a native of Monroe, Louisiana, is a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU). A real estate licensee since 2004, Mike specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Chris returned home to Shreveport in 2016 after more than twenty years working in corporate real estate, corporate law and state and municipal lobbying in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas for the outdoor advertising industry. Chris has worked exclusively as a Commercial Realtor since receiving his Louisiana Real Estate License in 2017. He has successfully represented tenants and buyers as well as property owners and investors. In 2025, Chris successfully represented the Sellers of the former Libbey Glass Plant and Dr. Reddy Pharmaceutical Plants. He is an expert in site selection successfully identifying and working to finalize the purchase of undeveloped land for medical clinics, truck stops, car washes  among others. Chris is a graduate of Caddo Magnet High School, LSUS and Mississippi College School of Law. He is currently President of the NWLAR's Commercial Investment Division Board

Richard Stone

Rich joined Rampart (formerly Latter & Blum) in December 1982, and for over 40 years has been an integral part of the company's commercial brokerage operations. For 22 years, Rich served as Vice President and Director of the company's commercial sales and leasing division, where he oversaw the largest commercial brokerage company in the Gulf South. Under Rich's direction, its commercial associates completed over 750 sales and leasing transactions annually.

In November 2008, Rich stepped down from his leadership role to pursue full-time what he enjoys most - being fully involved in commercial and investment transactions. He brings over 40 years of real estate experience and unparalleled perspective to each of his clients. Rich is active in the industry and community. In November , 2008, his efforts were recognized by the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division when he was awarded that organization's Service to the Industry Award. Warren Surcouf, III, MBA, CCIM

Mr. Surcouf is a business consultant and founding member of Corsair Consulting, which has served as project manager for the Metairie Business Development District & Fat City Friends organizations. These organizations are tasked with revitalization in Metairie, including Fat City. Mr. Surcouf obtained his MBA from Loyola University and his BS from LSU in Business Administration. Warren has experience overseeing/planning many different events in the GNO area and has served on many different non- profit boards and committees.

Mr. Surcouf currently serves on the board of the American Diabetes Association. He was a board member for the ReNEW Charter Schools and the chair of the development committee from 2014 until recently in 2016. He oversaw the development of the Chili in the Channel event as well as maintenance of it as a successful fundraising event for the schools. Mr. Surcouf was the Vice President of Development for the Young Leadership Council. Mr. Surcouf has served as Project Leader for the Young Leadership Council - Wednesday at the Square Concert Series from 2009 until 2014.

He has also held several other volunteer positions including Editor of the Streetcar Named Inspire Book. Mr. Surcouf has also overseen all aspects of concert production including logistics, food and beverage, and public relations.

Prior to moving back to New Orleans, Mr. Surcouf lived in San Francisco, CA and was a licensed financial advisor in various states across the country. His responsibilities have included event management, future business creation and sale, wealth management of customer assets, operational procedure

development, & computer support. Mr. Surcouf has been a consultant for start-ups, advertising companies and real estate firms.

Mr. Surcouf handled real estate financing both in the commercial and residential transactions while licensed in both California and Louisiana. He has been investing in real estate personally and professionally since 2008.

Christopher Susilovich

Chris Susilovich joined Vintage Realty Company in 2017 in their Commercial Brokerage and Leasing Division and is licensed by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and the Texas Real Estate Commission. He was named as the Director of Brokerage & Leasing in January of 2025. Chris started his real estate career with Hortenstine Ranch Company in Dallas, TX, handling farm and ranch transactions throughout Texas.

Chris spent 11 years in Houston, TX as a business development executive, fundraiser and consultant prior to returning home to Shreveport with his family. While in Houston, he served as the Executive Director for Houston Safari Club and consulted for several organizations to help improve process efficiencies, develop strategic plans and enhance development practices. Chris' vast experience with a broad range of organizations and businesses has greatly strengthened his sphere of influence throughout Texas and Louisiana.

Chris is a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana with a degree in Environmental Science and holds a Master's of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. Chris is currently pursuing CCIM designation as a Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute Candidate member.

Chris is a driven and passionate individual when it comes to philanthropy and community service. He has been actively involved with such organizations as Broadmoor Baptist Church, Young Life, CADA of Northwest Louisiana, Dream Hunt Foundation, First Tee of Northwest Louisiana and the Stoner Avenue Bridge House. Chris is married to Sarah Susilovich and they have two children, son Charlie and daughter Kathryn.

Chris is engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate including investment (income producing), industrial, vacant land, agriculture, office, retail, and new development.
