She holds the CCIM Designation and is a member of the NAI Latter and Blum Commercial Investment Division. Before joining the NAI team, Hartley's real estate career started at Wampold Companies in the Property Management Division. Soon after starting she decided to obtain her real estate license in 2011. Since, with a skilled understanding of the market, Hartley has been helping to guide her clients through a smooth sales and acquisition process.

Licensed since 2001, Troy Daigle offers more than two decades of expertise in buying, selling, and leasing commercial, industrial, and flex properties. Born and raised in Acadia Parish, he combines his deep South Louisiana roots with a strategic, results-driven approach that consistently delivers for his clients.

A proud graduate of McNeese State University, where he attended on an athletic scholarship, Troy brings the same discipline, focus, and competitive drive from his athletic career into real estate. His in-depth market knowledge and unwavering commitment to client success have earned him the trust of investors, business owners, and developers across the region.
