Brad Armstrong’s real estate career spans over 22 years. Brad, a lifelong Shreveport resident, joined Vintage Realty Company in ­­2004 as an Associate Real Estate Broker. Armstrong received his Commercial Real Estate Sales license in 1991 and his Real Estate Broker designation in 2002.  Brad is also a Louisiana Notary Public.

Armstrong represents various local, regional and national firms including, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Texaco Lubricants of North America.  With his extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market, Brad is an essential part of the Vintage Realty Company team. He does tenant and client representation of commercial properties including land, retail, industrial, office, multi-family and investment deals. Brad provides his clients with sales, leasing and property management services. He is also an asset manager within the multi-family division of Vintage Realty.

Brad attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Bossier Parish Community College and Adam’s Institute of Marketing. He continues his education by attending seminars, forums and real estate related courses. Brad has completed the education requirements and is a candidate for his (SIOR) Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation.

Brad is married to Dr. Shelley Schneider Armstrong and has two children.  His hobbies include running, biking, swimming and golf. Brad is an accomplished athlete who has completed 10+ marathons and an Ironman Triathlon.

John is a 1996 graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Louisiana Tech and an MBA from Centenary College.

John is a native of Shreveport having attended Loyola College Prep School. John is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Louisiana and specializes in the sale, lease and development of commercial and industrial investment property.

Chris Atkinson, CCIM candidate, and ICSC member, worked for Planet Beach Franchise Corporation as a Leasing Consultant from 2002 until 2006. Chris obtained experience working with over 100 Franchisees on tenant representation, site selection, lease negotiation, and coordination of tenant build out. Chris specializes in the development of strong relationships to perpetuate long-term objectives.

Current areas of expertise are property management, leasing, site selection, and commercial properties in the Greater Baton Rouge Metro Area.

With over 25 years of commercial real estate sales experience, Carmen has worked in the Louisiana commercial real estate market specializing in retail leasing and investment sales. Carmen Austin attended Louisiana State University where she was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity. She completed her under-graduate degree in Arts and Sciences in May 1999. Carmen then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration with Specializations in both Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship in May 2004. During her graduate studies, Carmen participated with the LSU Real Estate Research Institute to gain insight into the latest developments in the statistical analysis of factors affecting real estate trends and values. Carmen has been a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana for over 20 years, in which she has gained great knowledge and expertise of the local and surrounding commercial real estate markets. In August 2001 Carmen obtained her Real Estate Sales License. She has since worked for Saurage Realtors Commercial Division as both an Intern in Research and Development on special projects and independently as a Commercial Consultant. Carmen has also expanded her horizons by gaining experience in Saurage Company's Property Management Division. Carmen received the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in October 2006, in which she had to complete a series of courses and tests, and produce a portfolio of qualifying transactions of her commercial real estate work. Carmen also has past experience as an asset manager and regional director of leasing for a privately owned REIT which she now carries over into commercial brokerage and consulting. Carmen's interests include community involvement with a focus on the revitalization of Baton Rouge's Downtown and Mid-City. Carmen served as the 2010 President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. Carmen is a 2011 graduate of the esteemed Jay W. Levine Leadership Academy based in Chicago, IL. She serves on multiple national committees with CCIM and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Foundation. She is currently serving her fourth elected term on the National Board of Directors for the CCIM Institute in Chicago, IL. Carmen received her SIOR in 2022 and is very actively involved serving on multiple committees.
