Jeremy has over 19 years of Commercial Real Estate experience with all commercial

property types with a strong focus on Office and Industrial Sales and Leasing as well as

Multi-Family & Investment Sales. For the past decade, Jeremy has been one of the top

Commercial Agents in the Lafayette MSA. Jeremy has his CCIM which is one of the top

designations you can possess in the commercial real estate brokerage industry. Jeremy

has served as the President for the Realtor Commercial Alliance as well as a board member

and featured speaker and presenter for the Acadiana Commercial Outlook Conference

which was instituted to provide quality information to the public on current and growing

market trends in commercial real estate. Additionally, Jeremy has also served as a board

member for LACDB representing the Realtor Association of Acadiana. In 2012, he received

his prestigious CCIM designation in Las Vegas, NV and is a proud alumnus of Leadership

Lafayette after recently graduating as a member of the organization's 25th anniversary

class.

Ty Harvison joined Vintage Realty Company to open their Baton Rouge Office after serving as Vice President and Broker of a real estate development company in the Baton Rouge area. Ty is a graduate of Catholic High in Baton Rouge and Louisiana State University. He worked in the banking industry for five years prior to entering the commercial real estate partnership.

Ty's commercial experience includes real estate site selection, retail tenant representation, development, leasing and sales. Ty has a broad knowledge of the greater Baton Rouge area's real estate history and trends due to his long standing relationships. He works with many local, national and international clients from small retail, to multi-family, industrial and office developers and tenants.
