Karen McElroy, CCIM began her real estate career in 2003, specializing in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial property. Based in Shreveport, her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, Shreveport/Bossier City and surrounding areas on the I-20 corridor. She offers a full range of leasing and brokerage services, including tenant and buyer representation, property listings, site selection, and consulting. She has worked with many local, regional, and national clients with the site selection process and/or in acquisitions and dispositions.

Karen is an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities), has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is a member of the Retail Broker's Network (RBN). She was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Young Professionals sponsored by the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and the Dale Carnegie Program. She is past chairman of the Northwest Louisiana Real Estate Trends Conference and a past member of the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) Board of Directors.

Mrs. McElroy is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is married with five children and is actively involved in numerous school, church, and community nonprofit and service organizations.

Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, Tom McGee relocated to Baton Rouge and embarked on a career as a Commercial Real Estate analyst and broker, collaborating with various brokerage and development firms. Prior to venturing into real estate, Tom earned a degree in accounting and internal audit from LSU. His passion for the outdoors and land ultimately steered him towards the field of real estate. Holding a license as an agent in Louisiana, Tom boasts a wealth of experience guiding clients through the entire spectrum of real estate processes, from the initial market analysis to the ultimate site selection and transaction details. Renowned for his extensive market knowledge, dynamic pricing and marketing strategies, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their objectives, Tom has consistently demonstrated his proficiency as a reliable fiduciary representative.
