After achieving her master's degree in 2018 from the University of Southern Mississippi (SMTTT!), Taylor jumped into the world of real estate. She has been working at Coldwell Banker TEC ever since. She works hard to help investors, tenants, and property owners navigate the complexities of commercial transactions. Born on Lake D'Arbonne in 1950 John enjoyed the life of a boy growing up in the hills of North Louisiana. A disc jockey in high school and a guitar player in a rock band there were few dull moments in John's Life. Graduating in 1968 from Bolton High in Alexandria, John spent the next three years serving in the Army during the Vietnam War. Going on to a very successful Directional Drilling Engineering Career, John started his Real Estate venture in 1978 continuing till his retirement from the oilfield in 2015. John has owned serval successful businesses and at one time had 6 very successful patents. John Specializes in Commercial Real Estate and can bring you the Best Value for Your Investment and/or Sale. Jonathan began working for Maestri-Murrell in 2008 but initially began his career at Stirling Properties in 2005. Since then, Jonathan has leased and sold over $1.0 Billion of Commercial Real Estate, handling everything from land, Class A office, and Retail & Multifamily Investment sales. Jonathan has helped national retailers expand their footprint and has represented tenants such as Marriott, McDonald's, Panera Bread, Planet Fitness, and Tractor Supply. He has listed and sold some of the largest retail centers and NNN deals in the Southeast in conjunction with EDGE, CBRE, SRS, and Cushman/Wakefield.  Jonathan graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 and obtained an MBA from LSU in 2005 in the field of Finance. He earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2010, and continues to be one of the area's top real estate producers.  He has presented at numerous networking events including the Baton Rouge Trends seminar as well as emcee for the Good Growth Awards.  Jonathan is a board member with the Growth Coalition, a commissioner for LDWF, and assistant tennis coach at Catholic High School.

Ben W. Walker, III, CCIM, is Co-Owner and Sponsoring Broker of Walker-Alley & Associates, LLC, which he founded in 2003 with Raymond S. Alley, SIOR. Walker provides strategic oversight to the company’s team of professionals to develop comprehensive solutions to both investor and occupier clients. He has extensive brokerage experience in all sectors of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, land, investment, and development.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas. 

After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Walker began his real estate career in 1977. He gained his foundation in commercial real estate working for the C. W. Lane Company, a regional investment firm.  In 1990 he founded Walker Realty Management, Inc. 

Walker has been actively involved in business and community organizations. He holds the CCIM designation from the National Association of REALTORS, which is awarded upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a high level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Walker served as the 2019 Louisiana CCIM Chapter President. He received the REALTOR of the Year Award in 2020 from the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS.  Walker is an active member and past board member of The Committee of 100 Shreveport-Bossier.  He was past president and board member of Shreveport Downtown Development Authority, Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS and Shreveport Building Owners & Managers Association.
