Phillipa Bowers has over 25 years of experience as an investor and attorney specializing in real estate and property law, and she became a Rve Realtors agent in 2021. She specializes in commercial, residential, historic, and multi-family properties all across the city.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Phillipa graduated from Ben Franklin High School and earned a bachelor of arts in political science from Howard University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School. Licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Maryland, and Washington, DC, her combined training and expertise as both a real estate and business attorney and a realtor allow her to better protect her clients' interests and offer valuable guidance throughout the property sale process.

Known as skilled, strategic, and resourceful, Phillipa fell in love with real estate when she purchased her first home and investment property in Algiers Point. Her guiding philosophy is that property ownership is appealing not only because of its investment potential but because it's empowering for families, businesses, and communities.
