Jason Brady joined Vintage Realty Company in their Commercial Brokerage and Leasing Division in the summer of 2020. Jason has extensive market knowledge with 25 years of experience in the restaurant and retail world as the owner/operator of Cadre Hospitality Group. Jason also brings 5 years of experience in consulting and business development from his company Stag Culinary Outfitters.

Over his career Jason has been active in the community being involved in Shreveport Green, SRAC, Young Life, Committee of 100, Ducks Unlimited and CCA.

Jason is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Finance and a graduate of Johnson and Wales in Charleston, SC with an A.S. in Culinary Arts. He is married to Beth Brady and has two sons Mason and Will.

Hilary Bransford joined Vintage Realty in 1999. She has 25+ years of experience working as a licensed commercial agent and specializes in brokerage / leasing of office and retail properties. Hilary is ready to assist with all cycles of the life of an asset, including acquisition, development, leasing and disposition. Her extensive familiarity and knowledge of the market enable her to provide landlords and tenants with a high level of personal service and attention to detail. Hilary has provided site selection and lease negotiation services to numerous local, regional, and national companies.

Working as the Landlord's agent, Hilary represents an inventory of over 1 million square feet of office and retail property in the market. These properties represent a varied cross section of commercial properties, including Class A suburban multi-tenanted office buildings, office properties in the central business district, anchored shopping centers, Class A lifestyle centers, retail shadow centers, and neighborhood strip centers. Hilary is the listing agent for the commercial development of a 377 acre Traditional Neighborhood Development called Provenance, the first TND in the region. In addition, she has assisted several large landowners with the sale of commercial tracts / raw land.

Hilary is a native of Shreveport and graduated from Centenary College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Her previous business experience includes management of a software development group in Dallas, Texas and as an Exploration Geologist in East Texas. Hilary enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling with her family.

Prior to real estate, I gained experience in the banking and finance sectors. I was elected to serve two terms as Student Body President at LSUA and was elected to one term to represent over 50,000 students on the LSU Board of Supervisors for the 2019-2020 year. These experiences have given me a well-rounded insight into what it takes to accomplish to priorities my clients believe in.

Outside real estate, I am passionate about serving in the community and serve as a member and leader in multiple organizations across Baton Rouge.

Brandon E Breaux is an Acquisitions Manager with over 20 years' experience in the real estate industry. As a Louisiana Real Estate Broker specializing in the recovery and disposition of corporate and government owned housing, Mr. Breaux has sold thousands of corporate and government owned homes exceeding $165-million in value. He directly oversees the "Cradle to Grave" approach for each of his numerous clients. His approach entailed the acquisition, stabilization, rehabilitation, marketing, and eventually the sales negotiation of each property. Mr. Breaux has also amassed his own real estate asset portfolio made up of single-family rental housing, single tenant commercial buildings and large tracts of vacant land which he continues to manage and operate. Mr. Breaux currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Vermilion Healthcare, a 120-bed nursing home in Vermilion Parish, of which he is also a principal owner. He attended both Louisiana State University as well as University Louisiana at Lafayette for Business Management. He and his wife, Michelle, have three children and are avid cyclist in the Youngsville community.

Robbie, a lifelong resident of Lafayette and diehard Ragin' Cajun, earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Prior to taking the real estate market by storm, Robbie spent his days as an outside salesman for Glazer's Distributing. In 2006, Robbie launched his real estate career and has strived tirelessly to be one of the top selling agents in the Acadiana area. He has assembled a team to compliment his commitment to providing his clients with top of the line care. Together, they work closely with clients, guiding them through each step of the process of buying and selling a home.

Robbie doesn't just help others purchase and sell homes, he believes in real estate himself. He's a real-estate investor/landlord who has been heavily involved in building and remodeling homes. This personal involvement in renovating homes has given Robbie a sharp eye for the kind of flaws that would make a house a poor investment.

She attended the University of San Francisco on a soccer scholarship and was working in corporate real estate in San Francisco when the economy crashed. She used that excuse to traipse around the world for three and a half years primarily exploring Central and South America, India and New Zealand. Graduate school brought her to New Orleans, where she received an MFA in Creative Writing and then circled back around to real estate.

As the owner of Snap Realty and a Broker with 20+ years as a licensed Realtor, she has extensive knowledge and experience coupled with online marketing offerings that are rare to find. Kara has rave reviews in making the deal happen while benefiting her clients in every way.
