Larry Caldarera is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with a dynamic career spanning specialty retail, technical and industrial staffing, and commercial real estate. A proud New Orleans native, Larry launched his career in retail, where he honed his expertise in lease negotiations, space design, and buildouts earning recognition for creating award-winning, high-performing retail and office environments.

With over 25 years as a franchise owner of Westaff New Orleans, a leader in staffing for manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and other industrial sectors, Larry developed a deep understanding of workspace and workforce dynamics in industrial environments. His hands-on experience includes Class A office lease negotiations, commercial property acquisitions, and stand-alone remodels all with a sharp eye for design, operational efficiency and profitability.

As a former business owner himself, Larry brings firsthand insight into the high-stakes decisions that business leaders face when investing in or purchasing owner occupied commercial property and lease negotiations. From navigating tax complexities to making strategic lease-versus-buy choices, his perspective is rooted in real-world accountability.

Today, at Coldwell Banker TEC, Larry, a current CCIM candidate fuses creativity, vision, and tactical negotiating expertise to help clients make informed commercial real estate decisions that support sustainable growth and long-term success.

Clesi Camden, a proud native of Shreveport, Louisiana, poised to make a significant impact within the industry. Her academic journey led her to Baton Rouge, where she pursued her endeavors at LSU. At LSU, Clesi pursued her passion for effective communication, earning her bachelor’s degree in mass communications with a minor in Public Relations. Furthering her knowledge and skillset, she continued her educational career at LSU as a candidate of Flores MBA Program at LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business where she refined her business expertise and strategic thinking. Driven by a desire to assist others in making informed decisions, she was led to commercial real estate. She was drawn to the industry’s dynamics and endless opportunities for growth. She started her career as an Intern at Lee & Associates in May 2023. With a keen interest in industrial and retail, Clesi is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate. Joey Canella is a Senior Advisor with Stirling's commercial real estate team. He specializes in the Leasing and Sale / Acquisition of Garden Office Properties in the Baton Rouge MSA. He further specializes in Investment Sales / Acquisitions, Industrial Sales / Acquisitions and Industrial Leasing. Joey began commercial real estate brokerage in 2008 and has brokered over 300 commercial real estate transactions in his career.

Prior to joining Stirling, Joey served as a Senior Advisor with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge. He was awarded the Top Producer for the company in 2015. He has also previously served on the Office Market Committee of the Baton Rouge TRENDS in Real Estate Conference in 2013 & 2014.

Joey was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. He is a 2002 graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance, and a 2005 graduate of The Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University holding a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.). He is a licensed attorney with the Louisiana State Bar Association and practiced as a real estate attorney from 2006 to 2008, where he handled residential and commercial real estate transactions.
