Alvin Childs has 50 plus years of commercial real estate experience, including the development and/or renovation of office and retail projects and the acquisition and syndication of retail, office, and industrial real estate properties in Northwest Louisiana. Childs co-developed Shoppes at Bellemead, the region's only lifestyle retail center with Chico's, WhiteHouse|BlackMarket, Ann Taylor Loft, Soma Intimates, James Avery, and Talbots.

Childs is actively involved in the continuing growth and betterment of the Shreveport/Bossier City community. He has served as the President of the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, President of the Committee of One Hundred, Chairman of Sci-Port Discovery Museum, Chairman of the Downtown Development Authority, and President of the Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse of NW Louisiana ("CADA"). He has also served as a Board member for the Greater Shreveport Economic Development Foundation, the Neighborhood Housing Services, the Shreveport Symphony and the Shreveport Summer Music Festival. In 1982 he was elected a Rising Young Business Leader. He served as a member of the Mineral Board of the State of Louisiana from 1988-1992. He was named Business Person of the Year by the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce in 2014.

He enjoys early morning runs with friends, ran his first marathon in 2018 in Dublin with his daughter, and is an avid vegetable gardener.

Alvin Childs, Jr. is a graduate of Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Commerce. He is married to Lisa O'Neal Childs, has three children, William, Lex, and Claire, and six grandchildren. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Claire joined Vintage in March of 2016 as a Brokerage and Leasing agent. Her experience includes Brokerage, Commercial Investment, Tenant Representation, Leasing, Market Analysis, Site Selection, and Valuation. She earned her CCIM designation in 2025.

A Shreveport native, Claire is a graduate of C. E. Byrd High School. She attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. As a classically trained ballet dancer, Claire began teaching dance at the age of 12. She trained with companies across the United States including the Tulsa Ballet and the City Ballet of Houston. She later used that knowledge to create the widely successful exercise class and program, Barre 360, in Austin, TX.

After graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Anthropology, Claire began working for the Dallas jewelry company Staxx Ring. As a Designer and sales manager, Staxx Ring grew in popularity and was sold in stores across the United States.

In 2013, Claire attended The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine. Upon returning to Shreveport, she created one-of-a kind furniture pieces in collaboration with W. Alexander Design. There, she designed and fabricated her own work in addition to executing a digital and interpersonal sales campaign.

Claire enjoyed being a participant in the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program in 2017 and the Louisiana Association of Non-Profit Organizations: Community Leaders program in 2018. In December of 2022, she was named as the Top Forty Under 40 Young Professional of The Year by the Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana and The Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce.

She is honored to serve on the Guidance committee for the Women's Philanthropy Network. Claire has enjoyed her past board roles on the Shreveport Opera Guild, The Young Professionals Initiative, Sciport Discovery Center, Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana and The Red River Revel.

Claire loves spending time with sons Henry and Lear, running, and woodworking.

LUCY CHUN, Senior VP of Sales

Specializing in shopping centers, restaurants, multi family, land, hotels and motels, commercial sales, development, and leasing.

Lucy has been very successful in different sectors of sales in real estate. She is an expert in public relations and client representation.

She currently specializes in EB5 investments and consulting work. After Hurricane Katrina, Lucy sparked the interest of investors nationally and internationally to help rebuild the City of New Orleans.

Lucy has been awarded in commercial real estate since the early "90's". Lucy received the yearly Winners Circle Award from 1995-1998. After selling her family restaurant in 2000, Lucy has been focusing in commercial real estate. Since 2001 Lucy has received the CID Achievement Award annually. She received the RE/MAX Regional Award, RE/MAX 100% Award, NOMAR Gold Award. She has been honored with the RE/MAX Platinum Award and International Hall of Fame Award for 2007 and 2016. She has been honored as the top 5th agent of the RE/MAX Dixie Region for 2016. She received the CID Overall Top Special Purpose Producer Award 2016. REMAX Platinum Award 2007 and 2016.

Seth Citron joined the Stirling team in 2007 and serves as a senior real estate advisor for the company's commercial brokerage division. With a focus that includes representation of both landlord and tenant needs, Seth has a diversified portfolio of transactions in multiple facets of commercial real estate.

He has knowledge and experience in numerous fields, such as industrial, land, office, retail, and specific site selection needs. His particular geographical areas of expertise include but are not limited to Southwest Louisiana and specific markets of Lafayette, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, Houma, and Alexandria.

Mr. Citron is an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). He is also actively involved with the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) and has been an annual presenter of the Acadiana area retail segment with the Acadiana Commercial Outlook (ACO) annual seminar. He is pursuing a candidacy to acquire the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification.

Seth is a proud native of Lafayette, Louisiana, where he resides. He is married to Allison Butler Citron with three sons, Harrison Paul Citron, Ellis James Citron, and Louis Charles Citron.

He graduated from the University of Louisiana, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Management.
