Andrew Cordaro graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and immediately joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Dowling Beauvais & Associates in Shreveport, LA in 2009.  After being licensed as a salesperson for four years, Andrew earned his broker license through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Gosslee (Apex) as an associate broker in 2013.

Andrew specializes in the brokerage of retail, office, industrial, land and investment properties; with extensive experience in site selection for national retailers.  Since 2009, Andrew has successfully closed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in sales volume.  Andrew has developed and constructed numerous income producing commercial properties for his personal real estate portfolio, which he leases and manages himself.

Andrew previously served as a board member for Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB), a board member for Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors (NWLAR), and past president of Commercial Investment Division (CID).

Andrew resides in south Shreveport with wife, Adrienne; and their four children:  Charlotte, Lincoln, Shepherd and Thompson.

Charles Cornay serves as a Senior Advisor for Stirling's commercial real estate team, working from the Lafayette, LA, office since 1996. His experience makes him an expert in his field. His experience includes the recent sale of 2 industrial distribution centers with a combined square footage of 200,000 sq.ft. He is accomplished in Seller and Buyer representation, primarily focused on industrial, office and land segments in the market. He has successfully negotiated over 1,000 sales and leasing transactions, working with a diverse client base, including grocery stores, apartment complexes, restaurants, retailers, and land developers/users.

Mr. Cornay's abilities include market strategies, site selection, site analysis, assistance in due diligence, and monitoring deals with potential customers.

Charles has been an advisor with Stirling since 1996 or 28 years. He is a member of Stirling Industrial Advisors, One Acadiana, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Lafayette, National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Acadiana.

I am a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience in the industry.
