John DeArmond serves as an Advisor with Stirling commercial real estate team, working from the company's Baton Rouge office.

Before joining Stirling, John established two car wash locations in Gonzales and Prairieville. After five years in business, he helped facilitate the sale of both locations. His experience prior to that was in automotive sales.

A native of Gonzales, LA, John graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

He, his wife, and two daughters reside in Geismar, LA, where he is a graduate of the Ascension Parish Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program: Leadership Ascension. This program is designed to develop responsible and informed community leaders.

Jerry Delahoussaye has been a licensed real estate broker since 1978 and is licensed in LA, MS, TX, CA, NC, GA, PA, TN. With special emphasis on complex transactions, he has been engaged by many commercial clients. He is also a practicing attorney. Contracts, development, mergers and acquisitions, sale and lease transactions are his specialty. His client list includes major companies locally, nationally and internationally. Office, retail, land and industrial transactions coupled with investment sales and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Delahoussaye had been a director for many years with the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. He has served as the chairman of the ethics and grievance committee. Lee de la Houssaye joined Stirling in 1997, where she serves as a Senior Advisor on the commercial advisory team, working from the Covington, Louisiana, office. She has been a commercial real estate leader in the greater New Orleans areas for over 40 years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in office sales and leasing. She is also highly experienced in commercial site selection and acquisitions.

Ms. de la Houssaye has provided her expertise to an impressive list of landlords, tenants, and investors over the years, resulting in thousands of lease transactions and sales. Some of the corporate entities she has worked with include Ampirical Solutions, AT&T, Cantium, Chevron, DaimlerChrysler Motors, Fleetcor, General Services Administration (G.S.A.), Hornbeck Offshore Operations, LLOG Exploration, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, PoolCorp, and Southern Farm Bureau, to name a few.

Ms. de la Houssaye has received many distinguished Sales Awards from Stirling, the Northshore Area Board of Realtors, the Commercial Investment Division (C.I.D.), and the St. Tammany Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of St Mary's Dominican College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on Management.
