Prior to opening CENCOR Consulting Group and becoming licensed as a real estate agent, I worked to locate two (2) 400+ jobs facilities into a rural/semi-urban area of Louisiana and oversaw most aspects of these projects through to completion. These areas included new employee recruitment, government financial assistance, construction, vendor support, training, and site analysis.

Additionally, I assisted with the expansion of several businesses in a rural/semi-urban area of Louisiana, negotiating incentives, developing training and recruitment plan for new employees and working to determine additional needs of the companies.

I have also authored and lobbied State legislation to assist with business retention and expansion.

I represent several clients who specialize in retail/office leasing and development. I most recently represented International Paper in their disposition of the former industrial site in Pineville, LA.

I was selected as the 2011 REALTOR Of The Year for the Central Louisiana Board of REALTORS. In 2015 I was honored with the Mary Jo Hanover Award for outstanding achievement in economic development by the Louisiana Industrial Executives Association.

Expertise in site selection, leasing, sales, build to suits and investment sales; leading to direct involvement in over $35,000,000 of closed transactions since 2013. Focused on serving corporate clients by providing real estate and supply chain solutions, Matt has represented clients in both the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, office space, and industrial properties throughout Southwest Louisiana.

Steve has 32 Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience with emphasis in Investment Property Sales and Tenant Representation Services. Major Sales Transactions include the sale of the Entergy and 1250 Poydras Buildings for $76 million, the sale of the Freeport-McMoran Building and Energy Centre Buildings (2 Class A CBD Office Towers) for $96 million, the sale of a portfolio of office warehouse properties (on behalf of First Industrial), containing 1.4 million sq. ft. for a total of $63 million and the sale of Causeway Plaza Office Complex containing 336,000 sq. ft. for $27.5 million. Received the F. Poche Waguespack award 2 years in a row from the New Orleans Metropolitan Assoc. of Realtors for the highest volume of sales and leases.

Mr. Reisig received his Bachelor's degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 1980. He received a Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM") designation in 1985 and has been a past president for the Louisiana and Mississippi CCIM Chapters.
