Eric is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Louisiana and joined Vintage in February of 2022. Prior to joining Vintage, Eric played professional golf for 4 years while working part time at his family's local residential/commercial flooring store doing estimates and pricing.

Eric was born and raised in Shreveport and attended Loyola College Prep. He received a scholarship to play golf for Louisiana State University where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Sports Administration and a minor in Business Management.

While at LSU, Eric had 3 individual collegiate wins and was an All-American in 2015. He was also a part of the team when they won an SEC Championship and a National Championship in 2015. Eric was a full-time member of PGA Tour Canada in 2019 and the Korn Ferry Tour in 2020 through 2021.

Marshall received his Louisiana Real Estate license shortly before graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 1991.

In 1993 Marshall joined Sealy & Company, Inc. in Shreveport, LA where he honed his skills in the industrial and office market and was active in the sale, leasing, and build-to-suit development of industrial, manufacturing, and distribution center properties.

In 1999 one of Marshall's primary real estate clients, AFS Logistics, LLC, recruited and hired him for work in the transportation industry. Throughout his 11.5 years in the 3PL / transportation industry, Marshall worked closely with asset-based transportation providers and has great working knowledge of multiple modes of transportation including full truckload, LTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Rail, and International Ocean and Air Freight. This background in the transportation industry provides clients with an agent who can utilize this knowledge to benefit clients that have great transportation service needs and expenditures.

Rice joined Louisiana Economic Development, more specifically the Business Expansion and Retention Group in 2017 where he was responsible for calling on the ownership and c-suite executives of Louisiana's largest employers. Responsible for 20 parishes, Rice identified and delivered opportunities for businesses to retain, expand, and grow jobs in Louisiana. Rice worked with LED staff to develop proposals for companies to utilize available statutory incentive programs to enable Louisiana to successfully compete for attractive economic development projects. Rice's hands-on working knowledge of available incentive programs has benefited numerous companies that he has worked with.

During the time with LED, Rice completed numerous Economic Development courses offered by IEDC and LIDEA, and he is currently enrolled in the Economic Development Institute at Oklahoma University working to earn the Certified Economic Developer "CEcD" designation.

Rice Joined Beau Box Commercial Real Estate in 2021 and is active in the sale, lease and development of commercial real estate. Primarily market focus and expertise is in the industrial, warehousing, distribution, ship building and waterfront properties located in Louisiana and Mississippi where licensed.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Mignon is a graduate of St. Mary’s Dominican High School and The University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. The first five years of Mignon’s commercial real estate career were spent in Atlanta focusing on retail landlord representation at Stream Realty and Colliers International, respectively. As part of project leasing teams, Mignon dedicated her time servicing local to institutional clients in her portfolio of grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use retail projects across the Metro Atlanta area.

At the beginning of 2020, Mignon moved home and began working for NAI Rampart as a third-generation commercial sales and leasing agent, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Murdock Richard, and father, Paul Richard. She remains specialized in retail landlord and tenant representation and her portfolio of projects is spread out among the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. Aside from her retail focus, she and her father currently serve as Real Estate Advisors to the Jefferson Parish School Board (JPSB), Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) and Archdiocese of New Orleans.

Outside of NAI Rampart, Mignon actively pursued and earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Real Estate Member) designation in Seattle, WA in October 2023 and currently serves as the Secretary for the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. She is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division (NOMAR CID) Forecast Committee that plans the annual Real Estate and Economic Forecast Symposium in New Orleans. Mignon served as Chairman of the 2023 and 2024 Forecast events, and will be chairing the 2025 event, scheduled for October 16^th at Jefferson Performing Arts Center. She also serves on the NOMAR CID Board of Directors and is the 2025 President-Elect.

In 2023, Mignon graduated from the fourth cohort of Loyola University’s Women’s Leadership Academy, a program that is designed to enable leaders in the region to achieve their greatest professional potential through leadership training, personal development, and one-on-one mentorships, and she continues to stay involved as an alumna of the program. Mignon is currently participating in the Louisiana Realtors (LR) Leadership Program, which is dedicated to broadening and enhancing the LR volunteer community and association leadership through an increase in their network, knowledge and service.

Mignon was the recipient of NOMAR CID’s 2022 Rising Star Award which is given annually to a REALTOR® or Affiliate of NOMAR and the Young Professionals Network, 40 years of age or younger, who has demonstrated excellence in the areas of sales, leadership, and community involvement.

Mignon and her husband, Daniel, reside in Metairie with their two black labs, Bella and Rosie, where they are active parishioners at St. Angela Merici Church. Mignon is a member of the Women on Fire ministry’s Core Team and the ACTS retreat community.

Hayley Richard Guidry is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2011. She earned her real estate license in 2012 and went to work at Latter and Blum in New Orleans. She worked as an agent and property manager for several years until her return to the Lafayette area.

Hayley joined the family business, Champion Real Estate Services in September of 2021. Her responsibilities include the leasing of company owned assets and marketing of available retail property. She also handles the daily operations of the company as General Manager.

Hayley is excited to continue her late father and founder of Champion, Glen Richard's legacy in commercial real estate. In the words of Glen, "Everyone needs a champion their corner".
