Andrea Tyler

Andrea J Tyler was born and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon and attended University of Oregon for her undergraduate degree in Journalism. However, she switched mid course and finished her undergraduate studies at Arcadia University in Pennsylvania with a major in mathematics and minor in secondary education. She moved to New Orleans in August 2007 from Pennsylvania to teach high school mathematics.
While in New Orleans, she quickly became engrossed with New Orleans and fell in love with the architecture, culture and people. Within months, she made a commitment to take on a career in real estate. She began her career in June 2008 and in her first year in real estate, Andrea was honored with Rookie of the Year from New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. She specializes in many areas of sale which include being an Affordable Housing Specialist and enjoys working with first time home buyers, investors and homeowners needing help. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Louisiana REALTORS and a member of New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS, and a Board of Director for New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors she is committed to service all of your residential and investment real estate needs. She has earned many designations which include Accredited Buyer Representative, At Home With Diversity, Graduate Realtor Institute, Historic Home Specialist, Performance Management Network, Price Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource, Resort and Second Home Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist. She has also be recognized on many levels for her contributions to the industry as well as production. These acknowledgments include 2014 Women's Council of Realtors Member of the Year Award, published in City Business "Ones to Watch," 2016 Gardner's Service to the Industry Lifetime Recipient and 2017 New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Rising Star Nominee, 2018 Women's Council of REALTORS New Orleans Metropolitan President, 2019 Women's Council of REALTORS New Orleans Metropolitan Past President, 2019 Women's Council of Realtors Member of the Year, elected 2020 New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Director, featured in Real Producers New Orleans March 2020 Issue Real Story, joined the President's Club, and then earned Top 100 in Latter & Blum prior to opening her own brokerage, AT Home Realty Group! She is currently working towards expanding her commercial business.
While building her business, Andrea has enjoyed speaking to many youth in area schools during career week and truly believes in giving back to your community. She enjoys volunteering with area youth by coaching with Carolyn Park Boosters, supporting her children's teammates, and loves all athletic events. While a member of Women's Council of Realtors, she has stepped in as the Education & Program Chair, Secretary, President Elect and President where she coordinated educational topics, raised funds and signified the importance of the mission to advance women in their careers. Currently, she's a Past President and is excited about becoming more involved in organizations that promote growth. Her background in education and mathematics contributes to her detailed orientated work ethic as well as dedication to customer service. Her devotion is exemplified in every transaction and patience with her five beautiful children and handsome husband for life.

Trey Underwood joined Vintage Realty Company in 2025, specializing in commercial brokerage and leasing along the I-20 corridor, including Ruston, Monroe, Rayville, and Shreveport-Bossier. He is actively involved in all aspects of commercial real estate investment and development in North Louisiana, with expertise in retail, land, medical, office, industrial, and development projects.
A Bossier City native, Trey has deep roots in North Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Louisiana Tech University before pursuing his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at LSU, graduating in 2004. That same year, he moved to Ruston to begin his veterinary career and, in 2006, founded Petstar Animal Care. Under his leadership, Petstar grew into a thriving veterinary franchise with multiple locations across several parishes.
Trey’s passion for real estate began over two decades ago, leading him to acquire and manage commercial-residential properties, recreational tracts, and agricultural land throughout Louisiana and Arkansas. His experience evolved into assisting others with real estate investment and development, ultimately leading him to obtain his real estate license from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission in 2021.
Outside of real estate, Trey enjoys the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing, and is actively involved in youth sports, coaching high school softball and youth baseball. He and his wife, Jessica, reside in Ruston with their three children.
