Michael J Saucier

Michael Saucier, Founder and President of Gulf States Real Estate, Development and Construction Services, has over forty years of success in real estate brokerage, property management, and developing a variety of projects across the United States. Mike is heavily involved in the initial project visioning and planning of the Gulf States projects. In addition to applying his keen insight, leadership, and vast experience in various disciplines, Mike is also responsible for identifying corporate clients and other income producing services and projects for Gulf States, their partners, and clients. Mike has served in leadership positions for the City of Hammond Planning Commission, the State Board of Louisiana Economic Development Corporation, and is currently a board member of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce. "Turning Ideas into Reality" is not just a tagline for his companies, it's what drives him and his colleagues daily. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from LSU and holds real estate broker licenses in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Michele Sauls

Michele Sauls has been with Vintage Realty Company since it was founded in 1988. For over 20 years Michele led the growth and development of the Brokerage and Leasing Department as Director. As of 2017 she is working as a full-time Associate Broker.

Michele came to Shreveport from Chicago, Illinois where she was employed with Rubloff, Inc., a developer of high rise office properties in Chicago. Before joining Vintage Realty Company she was with the Trammell Crow Company in Shreveport.

She has been and is currently active in a broad spectrum of real estate activity which includes brokerage, development services, leasing, property and construction management of all types of commercial properties including office (CBD and suburban) and medical office, industrial, retail, land acquisition and disposition, and buyer/tenant representation.

She is recognized as one of the top producing agents in the Shreveport-Bossier market. In recent years, she has also acted as a consultant to provide work-out solutions to meet more specific client needs of corporate, institutional and local owner/investor groups.

Hank N Saurage IV, CCIM

Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate, LLC

Hank is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduate of Baton Rouge High School. He has two daughters, Maddox Grace and Hanson Nicole, with his wife Laura. Hank is a competitive sailing enthusiast and avid golfer.

Hank obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 1984, followed shortly thereafter by his Real Estate Broker's License in 1986. To further expand his business, he then obtained his Real Estate Broker's License in Mississippi in 1997. In 1990, Hank earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute.

With over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate Hank partnered with Edward Rotenberg to form Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate.
